01 / Email problems

Common business
email problems.

“I sent you an email last week.”

It went to the address you forgot to check. The customer has already called someone else.

“It’s on the office computer.”

You’re on site. The measurements, photos and old quote are somewhere else.

“I thought you had replied.”

Two people share the inbox. Neither knows who is dealing with the customer.

You should be pricing jobs.
Not hunting for emails.

02 / Benefits

What a good email
system should do.

Find that old quote.

Search customer names and messages across your connected inboxes.

Know who is replying.

Give a colleague the enquiry. See who is handling it.

Keep a way back.

03 / How it works

How JoinedInbox brings
your emails together.

Customers can keep using the addresses they already know.

Work emailinfo@yourbusiness.co.uk
Old emailyourname@gmail.com
Sales emailsales@yourbusiness.co.uk
Open inbox 1Open inbox 2Open inbox 3

Three places to check. Three chances to overlook something.

Simple example. JoinedInbox collects copies from supported accounts. Your mail provider still sends and receives the messages.

Working with someone else?

Give the enquiry an owner.

Sarah wants a quote. Nobody has picked it up yet.

Fictional walkthrough. No email is sent.

04 / Hosting options

Online hosting or
your own private server.

The easy start

Hosted for you.

Use JoinedInbox on your phone or computer. No server to buy or keep running.

From £26 / yearFor one person. Setup help available.
At your business

Your own small computer.

JoinedInbox can run on a mini PC at your premises, keeping its stored mail there.

Ask for a private setupPhone access away from the office, backups and support can be set up too.

The private option is quoted for your setup. External emails still travel through sending and receiving providers; a local inbox does not keep every email exchange inside the building.

Why consider a smaller email solution?

Pay for what you use. Choose where your stored mail lives. Get help from someone who knows your setup. JoinedInbox focuses on email; it does not replace Word, Excel, Google Docs or every other tool in an office suite.

If you connect Gmail or Microsoft mail, that provider remains involved. Leaving its email hosting needs a separate move.

What about Google lockouts and privacy?

A big name cannot guarantee you will never lose access. EFF reported a case where Google refused to restore an account after police cleared its owner. It involved a personal account. Google’s own guidance warns that unsuccessful appeals can lead to permanent disablement and possible deletion.

Read the case · Read Google’s guidance

JoinedInbox’s policy says it does not profile or sell mail content, or use it to train models. It still processes mail to provide the service. Keeping a backup and knowing how to leave matter whichever provider you choose.
